You are correct and what I admire about people like yourself is that you're taking the time to do researh (as evidenced by your visiting this site). In effective research one will learn to NEVER say anything bad about a previous employer, company, or boss!

I agree, I try to stay positive when I'm in an interview and don't complain about my colleagues as much as I want to. You must get a lot of people like that since this job market is bombarded with depressed, unemployed residents.
