Optional Section: Coursework & Credentials


I actually don't recommend this section of just class listings. Your education should be able to explain it all.

It's absolutely unnecessary to say you've taken Management 101 or taken one class about Computer Networking.

However, if you've taken coursework specifically to be certified or required for a job, then definitely mention this under "Education". See this example:

If you've taken a few seminars or workshops where your boss sent you to learn the field, then simply indicate those under "Summary of Qualifications".

For instance, you've attended seminars regarding hiring & retention, crisis management, and labor law updates, you can add this as "Seminar training in Crisis Management, Hiring & Retention, Year Labor & Employment Laws."

There is no need to take up space and have a separate section of just course names.
