1. Payment Options.
Payment will be required in advance prior to the start of the project, even in the event of a waiting list. We accept payment with PayPal or Google Checkout. At this time, we do not accept checks, money orders, or CODs.
2. Refund Policy.
We greatly appreciate your business and anticipate you will be satisfied with our services. If you contact us in writing within seven days after your payment and we have not begun work on your project, we will provide you with a full refund.
3. Service Descriptions.
We attempt to be as accurate as possible in the content of our website and in our service descriptions. However, we do not warrant that the content of this website, including the service descriptions, are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
All prices are in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change any price for our services and to correct any errors in the pricing without notice.
5. Copyrights and Restrictions of Use.

We will do our best to provide you with as much advice as we can. However, you understand that results cannot be guaranteed and agree that you are responsible for your own job search results. You agree to not hold Hire Me 101 liable if you are unable to obtain employment. This also includes the possibility of your desired job posting being closed before our service ends.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Hire Me 101, our affiliates and respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all claims, actions, suits or proceedings, as well as any and all losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys fees) arising out of or accruing from claims brought by persons or entities arising from or related to your access and use of this website or our services.
10. Response to Requests from Hire Me 101.
We do our very best to provide our clients with prompt and quality service. To do so, we sometimes need additional information. You agree to promptly reply to these requests and understand that delays in doing so can prevent the timely completion of your project.
11. No One-on-One Consultations.
You understand that our services include e-mail correspondence, but do not include one-on-one consultations.

No waiver of any provision or any right granted hereunder will be effective unless set forth in a written instrument signed by the waiving party. No waiver by either party of any breach or default hereunder shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach or default.

19. Dispute Resolution.
We greatly appreciate the opportunity to work with you and anticipate a productive and harmonious relationship. We encourage you to let us know as soon as possible of any concerns you have with our website or our services. Most problems can be resolved by candid, good-faith communication and discussion. However, should a dispute arise which cannot be resolved in such a manner, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than by litigation in San Francisco County, California.
20. Governing Law.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
In construing this Agreement, no consideration shall be given to the fact or presumption that you or Hire Me 101 had a greater or lesser hand in drafting it.

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Hire Me 101 and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between the parties with respect to such subject matter.
