Call Center Sales Representative
Job Location: Burlington, NC
Salary Range: Up to $65,000 depending on experience.
Job Description
Fast growing automotive aftermarket company looking for experienced inbound call center sales professionals for high volume call center, with two positions to fill.
Call center sales representatives are the primary liaison & point of contact between the customer and company.
Primary responsibilities include handling all inbound sales calls and answering related sales inquiries from customers. Call Center Sales Representatives are the main facilitators of sales of company products, work in close connection with e-commerce specialists, and perform follow-up calls on recent non-purchase visits
Other responsibilities include:
- Ensuring that the phones are not left unattended at scheduled work time.
- Following the detailed guidelines on each and every call
- Using the various scripts at the appropriate stages of a sales call.
- Keeping current with inventory status.
- Keeping current with advertising campaigns.
- Maintaining a professional code of conduct at all times with excellent customer service provided.
- Maintaining consistency and accuracy in the customer database.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, co-workers, management, and others
- Previous experience in a similar role a plus
- Previous sales experience a plus (any industry)
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Able to learn new skills quickly
- Able to achieve goals with limited direct supervision
- Must have an excellent attendance record and a commitment to being on time
- Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
